CFS appliances entering MFS area use MFS talkgroups. Some suburbs
that are on the metropolitan area fringe are dual response zones -
meaning an appliance from each service may attend. When MFS appliances
enter CFS area they use CFS talkgroups and communicate through to the
local CFS station.
